We've heard the story from the media, and they're juggling this like a stick of dynamite. I may not be a journalist, or even much of a blogger, but here's a question or two I haven't seen answered:
Who at the Dept of Education could authorize a $240,000 payment to anyone? And more than that, who approached whom? I'm under the impression that Arm$trong was approached by someone from the Dept of Edu....who was that? What else is the Dept of Edu paying for?
I'm not as mad at Arm$trong as I am at the government....who's wasting my tax dollars?
